There is daily connection from the two ports of Attiki, Piraeus and Rafina. Piraeus port is 94 nm from Mykonos and the trip takes around 5 hours with regular boats or 3 hrs with Catamarans, while Rafina is 71 nm from Mykonos and high speed boats take only 2.5 hours to reach the island. There are also regular connections with Syros, Tinos, Paros, Naxos, Ios, Santorini, Andros, Crete (Heraklion), Amorgos, Astypalaia, Kos, Rhodes, Samos. Less regular connections are with Ikaria, Serifos, Sifnos, Thessaloniki, Kalymnos and Nisiros.
There are three ports on the island. The old port near Chora, the new port 10 km north, in the area of Tourlos where catamarans dock and a third port, dedicated to the connections with Delos.

Mykonos airport is located 4 km from the town and it can be reached by bus or taxi. The flight from Athens International Aiport EL. VENIZELOS is 35 – 40 min. long.

Starting Point 3
Old Port to new Tourlos Port and Aghios Stefanos (time 5′).
Tickets are sold at mini markets, tobacco shops, tourist shops), at the automatic machines at the Starting Points and at the hotels.
